RAX120 Add and delete trusted devices.
On start up I’ve tried to add my cell phone as a trusted device and the app won’t allow it. Now I’ve gone to my trusted devices only to find the trusted device I no longer own and it cannot be deleted. I hope someone can help!

Which phone?
iOS? Android?
Trusted device to do what?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max running latest software. Of course IOS and I want to use my iPhone to access the Nighthawk app without having to okay it with my iPad.
Note…..I did get my iPad changed to be the primary trusted device on the Nighthawk app. Had to stop using Anywhere Access on the app, sign out of account, sign back in and I was asked if I wanted to use the device as a trusted device, to which I said yes. Then all I had to do was to go in and use new iPad as primary and delete the old. Tried same process with iPhone 14 and get the message displayed in the screenshot as attached.

A typical useless Netgear error message.
