RAX50 NIGHTHAWK - Unable to pause any internet in parental control through APP

Question

I have recently purchased this expensive router for the sole purpose of controlling kids' internet activity through a parental control subscription.

The app shows all the gadgets and pc's paused at home, however, it never works.

In addition, its also unable to restrict kids from porn websites and nothing seems to be working.

I have reinstalled the app and done whatever possible but it keeps failing. Any help please?

There are various types of parental controls with their own sections in this community.
