RAX50 V1.0.16.132_2.0.92 - NOT DISPLAYING ATTACHED DEVICES DETAILS PROPERLY
When I am using the Nighthawk App, under the details of the Device Manager of Devices Online...it shows the devices but it doesn't show IP Address even if the device is connected via hard wired conne...
What mobile device do you have? Android or Apple?
Does this happen across other mobile devices with the NH app?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update on the router?
I have also factory reset many times and this doesn't really help and I have the most up to date firmware on both of my routers.
This problem has been going for quite sometime and it was fixed once before with update of Nighthawk App, but it has come back after some updated features on most recent.
Odd thing is that in iOS it happens on and off and on Android always the same.
