RAX70 Router anytime access
I'm trying to enable Anytime Access on the Nighthawk app but when I try to enable I get the message "Some Error Occurred While Enabling"
I have the latest firmware on my router, the latest app update and have also rebooted the router but I'm still getting the same problem.
Anyone have any ideas?

Not what you would call a helpful error message.
When do you see it in the process?
Are you doing this with a local WiFi connection to the router? The two have to be on the same WiFi network to enable Anywhere Access.
I have the latest firmware on my router...
Only a version number can conform that. Far too many people are lured into thinking that they have "the latest" when it is no such thing.

Hi,
I'm doing this with a local WiFi connection to the router and both router and iPhone are on the same wifi network.
The firmware version for the router is V1.0.14.134
The error message comes up on the Nighthawk app.
I open the app and go to the top left hand corner to bring up the settings option. I open settings and go to the anywhere access option. Within this option I have "Enable Anywhere Access" and the toggle is greyed out. When I slide the toggle to green it then comes up with the error message "Some Error Occurred While Enabling/Disabling Anywhere Access"
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What mobile platform are you using?
