RAXE 300 No Access Control

I try to access "Access Control" on my PC it tells me I have to use the NIghthawk App. There is no way to access it on the app (which is such garbage). Called tech support last night they had me upgr...

Have you factory reset the router and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Don't use the NH app.

 

Most of the controls can be blocked using the NH app.

Yes we did that last night and it gave me access control on the PC. However today it went away again.

    Can you see the devices in the NH app and select on a device there to Pause it?

      Yes the pause showed up today!
