RAXE300 Nighthawk app can not delete device

I upgraded my cell phone that was used to initially install the nighthawk router.  On my new cell phone, I display the list of attached devices by clicking Device Manager.  I want to delete my old cell phone so I click on it and click "Delete This Device". I confirm the deletion and get error:

 

Admin device cannot be block or unblock

 

I tried rebooting the router and that did not help.  The device is offline to the router and I no longer have it.  Any ideas?

    Hello rjsq00 i face the same issue so i would tell you that  following this few steps : Ensure you are logged inas the administrator , Check the device is online status , verify and software updates Power cycle the router reset the router to factory defaults.
