RAXE500 mobile app shows Internet Offline

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What CAT# LAN cable are you using between the router and ONT? CAT6A STP is recommended.

What mobile platform are you using? Apple or Android?

Does the Internet LED on the RAXE appear AMBER when this happens?

What Firmware version is currently loaded? V1.0.10.82_2.0.39
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Frontier FIOS. The back of the ONT says GPON ONT Model: FOG421

What CAT# LAN cable are you using between the router and ONT? CAT6A STP is recommended. I am using CAT6A.

Does the Internet LED on the RAXE appear AMBER when this happens? All white lights, no amber or red lights.
