Re: Nighthawk app for iOS timed out. Unable to login.
I have a Netgear R6400v2 - AC1750 Router. I can access the router through my computer but the app gives me a timed out message. This is happening on my iPhone and iPad.
I have gone through the reboot, changoing passwords, etc etc. Is the app screwed up?

- This happened to me a while back. I tried everything I could think of. I eventually contacted support and they basically told me delete the app, redownload it, and then go through the whole setup process again. Not the solution I wanted, but it worked. My App is still functioning.

I have deleted the app several times. Do I need to delete from the cloud? Because when I go back to reload, it shows the cloud to restore?
- Delete the app from your phone/iPad by holding on it and selecting delete. Go to App Store and reinstall from there. After reinstalling follow instructions to connect to your router. I used my same password so I wouldn’t have to change it on all my devices.
