It is a known issue and NTGR had fixed it, will release the new version app after 8/3...
For now you can use either ways below to work around it.
- Fresh install APP --> Sign in SSO --> Don’t kill the app and re-launch it --> QR code scan --> tap Continue button --> Can finished the install setup then go to the dashboard
- Fresh install APP --> Sign in SSO --> Don’t kill the app and re-launch it --> Set up NH manually --> Can finished the install setup then go to the dashboard
