I did this step yesterday before posting on community board. I unregistered the router and I also deleted the ready cloud app also from all phones and then registered r7000 again and then reinstalled the app- but the problem is still there: I still can’t do any media backups from my devices

I’m having the same problem. It just shows that it’s uploading my media but it is not working. I’ve tried your recommendations and it’s still not functioning. Help.
- gazpadOct 22, 2017AspirantDitto. It seems related to the IOS 11 update. The App looks like it has an updated skin but same old functions, with exception that it’s found loads of media to back up but won’t start backup process.
Note, I can access my readynas without issue. I believe it’s more of the cloud environment on netgear side as I can access my shard folders from my devices and computers just fine. I can view the media stored using the ready cloud app- it won’t just backup the media!!!

I'm started having the same problem immediately after updating to iOS 11 and v2 of the ReadyCloud app. I made a post about this earlier in the week and no one from support has responded to my post either.
