ReadyCloud V2.0.0,(2027) on iOs11.0.3 not doing media backup on R7000

Has anyone figured out how to fix this? I saw that the moderator reported this to the support team, but is there an official bug report and/or any ETA on a fix? Not having the media backup definitely makes me rethink this router and Netgear in general. The backup and mobile app was a huge plus.
i have not and i find it highly annoying and not good customer service - this has gone on for too long. i am considering returning my product as a result. the apollo cloud software is very good. the netgear software is pretty clunky, and at least on this feature, nonfunctional.
- They reached out to me and asked for a time to call - I am expecting the call this week and as soon as I hear back from them or if they can resolve it - I will update this thread.. hopefully this is end of our misery ;)
