i have not and i find it highly annoying and not good customer service - this has gone on for too long. i am considering returning my product as a result. the apollo cloud software is very good. the netgear software is pretty clunky, and at least on this feature, nonfunctional.
They reached out to me and asked for a time to call - I am expecting the call this week and as soon as I hear back from them or if they can resolve it - I will update this thread.. hopefully this is end of our misery ;)
