ReadyShare Vault Backup Engine Failed
I can no longer back-up my Desktop PC using ReadyShare Vault. I have a Netgear Nighthawk AC2350 (R7500) wifi router and a Western Digital My Passport 2 TB portable hard drive attached to the router. ...
The solution for me was to install an earlier version of Netgear ReadyShare Vault. But you need their assistance to get it.
I would also like to install a older version of ReadyShare Vault and have searched the sight but can't find a older version. Any help would be appreciated.

Readyshare Vault is not working. Always says "backup engine failed." I have downloaded the lastest program and firmware for my router. I'm not sure what else I can do.
I am also still having the same problem. When I try to download the earlier version It says I need additional information to download the software.
