registration problem (jnr 1010)

Hi, i take Netgear router JNR1010 from my friend and i want to use it's parental controls feature but it says this product already registered. now what can I do for registering my product again by my id to use it.
please help me

    contact support.......It may be a waste of time, I could be wrong but I believe the support ends with orignal owner and or 1 year.
