Registration
in netgear genie under network support tab, device is listed as registered...but under router settings it is not registered and when i try to log on under admin...and using default password it says registation failed...help!!!!!

Hi alishaw23,
1. The Support tab indicates if the device is registered under your name/profile.
2. You may be registering the device for the Remote Login feature of Genie under the Router Settings tab which is entirely different. You may check the link below.
