Remote Access WNDR4500v3 via android... how?

Hi Bobkent,

 

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. What version of the NETGEAR Genie desktop and Android app do you have installed?

    I am not at home at present, the router I updated 2 days before posting to the latest available.  Genie version on PC 2.4.20 Android version 2.4.26.

        Hi Bobkent,

         

        1. What is the model number of your phone?

        2. What version of Android are you using?

        3. Does the issue persist on your other mobile devices (other Android, iOS)?

        4. What is the operating system of the computer where you have the NETGEAR Genie installed?

        5. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app/program on both devices?
