Request help with Netgear Genie malfunction
I would be grateful for some assistance on this:
I have a brand new R7000. I can login via http to the router (192.168.1.1) with no issues, from my Mac.
When i try login in via netgear genie, it does not detect the router. however, via my iphone, I can login to the router using the genie app, and even use the LPC utility.
this issue is replicated accross my desktop (Imac),my laptop (mac book air) but not on my windows laptop orthe iphone. clearly this is an issue between Mac and Netgenie....
Router R7000. Firmware 1.0.4.30 . Serial 4463527BA0A16
Netgenie version: latest one from Netgear website
Mac OS: El Capitan 10.11.4
