Reset password
I tried to access my Router on the Nighthawk app. The default password did not work. I then asked to reset the password and was sent a code to do so. Entered the info, but still nothing worked. Any ideas how I can regain access to my router?

How? Wifi? Wired Ethernet?
Access what? The router's wifi or the browser graphical user interface (GUI) that manages the thing?

Which password? Wifi or GUI?
What happens when you tried?

That's odd. I know of no way of getting sent "a code". What code?
Did you try this?

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the stuff in the manual on factory settings. You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I requested the password (code) on the Nighthawk app on my iPhone to reset the router. It did not work. I will try again tonight by resetting the router and then trying the default password on the app and see if that works.
Thanks for the advice.
