Signing up for DNS

Trying to sign up for the OPENDNS account for parental controls. Keeps telling me 'action failed' after successfully creating username and password. Help!

    Hi JohnDebi,

     

    1. Please try using another device (iOS, Android, another computer).

    2. What is the firmware version of the router?

    3. Have you tried re-installing the app?

    4. Are you able to login via a web browser (https://netgear.opendns.com/sign_in.php) using the credentials?
