Trouble seeing normal dashboard in Nighthawk App - AC1750
I am trying to connect remotely to my wifi router in another location using the Nighthawk app. Normally, when I open the app and hit "Connect with Anywhere Access" it brings me to my dashboard which shows me the status of the router along with options like reboot, parental controls along with others. However, today when I opened the app and connected with anywhere access it just lists my product and a white box pops up that says "Device is offline" with an ok button to tap to clear that message. I have no way to reboot the router.
Please help. Thanks

Anywhere Access requires your router having a workable Internet connection and is able to bring up and maintain the connectivity to Netgear's cloud.
