Trying to change password
Im logged into my netgear genie account through the mobile app however when I go to "Wifi" to change my Wifi password on my router it asks for username and password the username is "admin" but when I put password for the password it says log in failed how do I change it ???

You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac application, or an Android iThing app.
Are you logged into the router's wifi?
You have to do that before you can get into the router's own settings.
