Trying to enable parental controls. Do I have to have access to Windows?

I actually got Genie to run under Wine 1.6 on Linux. All functionality is there except for being able to set up parental controls.

Hi studdawg and cdysthe,

 

You should be able to login to your OpenDNS account through the NETGEAR Genie and manage your LPC (Live Parental Controls) settings.

    Hi,

     

    The problem was that I was not able to log in using any method. It turned out it was a known problem that OpenDNS fixed as soon as they were made aware of it. From today I am able to log in and set up parental controls.
