It's connected to Netgear N450 WiFi Cable Modem Router.
I tried to hold the wifi button for at least 5 secs, and saw only 60GHz led off and on.
Also tried reset it, but with no luck.

Have you logged into it to see if ssid broadcast was disabled?
When you factory reset, did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds?
Did it work prior? You put it was a gift/given toyou, maybe there was a reason?

It's not just the app that's not working, All my devices do not detect this netgear network label at all.
If connect an CAT cable from compute to the router, it's working.
Yes, I did hold it for at least 10 secs when reset.
This gift was from a brand new box, seal is not broken at all.

N450 is not a reliable guide to model number. It is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Is it the CG3000Dv2?
If so, you are piling a router behind a router. To use the R9000, you may have to put it into AP mode.
Cable modem routers are not designed for easy conversion into "bridge mode by disabling the router bit.
