Unable to Create OpenDNS account
I'm trying to set parental contols on my new Nighthawk router, and am prompted to establish an OpenDNS account first. The problem is that the iPhone app won't accept any password or username I create, even though all attepmts have contained all the requirements (length, number, special character). Also, my mac tells me that the Genie desktop app isn't approved for a mac, so I can't download it. Any suggestions or direction are most appreciated.

1. Please try creating a password that is exactly 15 characters long.
2. On your Mac, please allow the installation of apps from anywhere. System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Genereal > Click the lock to make changes > Allow apps downloaded from > Anywhere.

I've been able to install the app on my Mac, but I still can't create the OpenDNS account; all password attempts are rejected. I've tried a password exactly 15 characters long that contains upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. Nothing seems to work.
