Unable to get parental controls to work.
Every time I try to log into opendns it has a message that reads "The action faild. Try again.". I know the username and password are correct because I was able to log into the opendns site.

- I just tried that link and it said "This account does not have any netgear devices associated with it" and has links to download windows or Mac "management utility". Those links redirect to the genie download screen.
