unable to login to Nighthawk app for device AC2600
Good evening,
After i change my phone, i am unable to login to my Nighthawk app, it keep shown access denied even i have correct email and password. Please assist how to fix it?

Which Nighthawk app? What phone? iOS or Android?
Is this login on the local wifi network? Can the phone connect to the wifi?
Have you registered the R7800 at mynetgear.com?
I assume that you have the R7800, because you have tagged it.
AC2600 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
