Unable to login to nighthawk....unable to change USERNAME from admin
I have an Mesh WiFi 6 Router(MR60) .
Today I got a Nighthawk App update on my phone which I installed.
It said to make sure I have the latest firmware, so I tried logging in.
The app opens up with the username ADMIN, and it will not let me change it.
I tried 3 passwords, all failed.
I tried "password"
I tried the "router password" also.
Finally I tried the password associated with my outlook email address. It failed as well.
Why can't I open the nighthawk app?

It is fixed, and it is admin, not ADMIN.
As to the rest, start by telling people which Nighthawk App you have. Android? iOS?
Local access on your wifi network? Anywhere access over the Internet?

If you have a PC wired to the network, try that.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Check the section in the manual Update the router and satellite firmware.You can use the browser on as mobile phone to do this, but I wouldn't try that myself. If the wifi goes down for any reason you risk a wrecked router.
