unable to setup parental controls via netgear genie
I downloaded Netgear Genie for Pc and installed it. Everytime I try to set up parental controls it tells me I'm not connected to the internet-but I am. I'm not even looking to restrict sites-I just want to block certain devices from accessing the internet at set times of the day and night. It was easy to do before-now not so much. Can someone please tell me how I can make this work?

2. Please try using another device (smartphone, tablet, another computer) to set it up.
