Unable to setup parental controls with existing OpenDNS account

I've tried two different ways to setup parent control for my Nighthalk R7000 router.  I ran Netgear Genie on my Macbook pro running El Capitan and I can't get past the login screen with an existing OpenDNS account.  Keeps saying that I have the wrong credentials or a error occured.  I checked the basics and verified I can get into my OpenDNS account.  So I tried on the App on a iPad 2.  It lets me login and then promptly crashes. I'm able to repeat this and it does not matter if I reboot the iPad.  I've also restarted the router.  I've not tried a hard reset of the router.  I don't feel this is an issue with the router given the applications appear to not work on two different devices.

Now I'm stuck in the weird state.  Parental controls are now enabled but the router is not associated with my OpenDNS account.  The router's web interface sends me to OpenDNS when I click the parental controls.  I'm unable to change settings on the web interface as well now that parental controls is enabled.

Is there any way to force the router to associate with my OpenDNS account?

    Hi bscheid,

This issue should be fixed now. Please try logging in to your OpenDNS account through the NETGEAR Genie program or apps.
