Unable to use Nighthawk App Remotely
Hello,
I cant seem to find the appropriate setting to set up the Nighthawk App for remote access on my C7000v2 router.
When using the app not connected to my network, and Select "Connect via Anywhere Access," I recive the message "No devices with Anywhere Access enabled. To enable, while connected to your router's WiFi, goto Menu>Setting>Anywhere Access within the app."
I proceed to connect to my WiFi, and log into my router locally.
Navigating to where I should be able to enable Anywhere Access, I do not show any option for Anywhere access. I only show the following
Mune> Settiings>
-Router Setup
-WiFi Settings
-Guest Wifi Settings
Navigating through all the menus, I show no options for Anywhere Access.
I have logged into "Netgear Genie" and turned on remote management.
How do I set up my app to be able to manage my router remotely when away from my network?
