unknown iphone on list of devices and wont pause

On my app, it shows 9 devices,  one shows an unknown iphone but when I pause it,  the slider wont stay on pause, it keeps sliding back to resumed.    when I open my app on my computer to look, there ...

Hi shadowripper, welcome to the community! Does the device show up on the router UI? What is the firmware version of the router?

    yes, the device is on the router UI as well as the Night hawk app.    My version is 2.4.54

    Hi shadowripper, if it is an option, you can try changing the wireless password for your network and reconnect only your known devices then check if the iPhone will remain as an attached device.
