Vuezone cameras VZCM2050

Help!  I think I need a lot of help!  A few days ago I stopped being able to view activity in my house by clicking on my email update.  I have a vuezone wireless system with 2 cameras..  I had to go ...

That is not a solution!!!!!!!  That was my additional bit of information!  My basestation now does not work.  I cannot re boot.  The only option is to deactivate.  No email alerts - no nothing....
