Where can I download the Nighthawk app for Windows 10?

I have tried following the download process, putting in my model (Nighthawk X4 AC3250 R7500v2), but when I click on the link for the Windows version of the software I get a screen with nothing but the NETGEAR on it, and nothing downloads. The URL is:

I have gathered from looking at other discussions here that the Genie app is no longer supported, but what do I use instead, and where do I download it. My WiFi is working at the moment, but I can't connect to the router using https://routerlogin.com. It just takes me to this page: https://www.netgear.com/home/services/routerlogincom/

I am just trying to get access to the router so that I can update our wifi password, but I feel like I'm hitting a brick wall.
