Where to add new trusted phone number for 2 step verification

Hi,

I installed the new Nighthawk on my new phone (iPhone 11) and tried to add my new phone number to the trusted devices. But I cant.

So I disabled the 2 step and got the warning that the 2 trusted devices will be erased which is fine. After this I follow this manual to re-enable the 2 step. Still the 2 trusted devices are there and I cant add anything. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled and tried all the steps again without any result.

 

Online I cant fine this 2step option so what am I doing wrong?
