Why doesn't my registered product show in Netgear Genie?

I have a registered Netgear R6300 router.  However, when I go into the Netgear Genie, and access the Product Registration page of the Network Support tab, it only shows my previous Netgear router (WNR854T); not the R6300.  When I attempt to manually register the R6300 again, it says that the Serial Number is already registered.

 

If anyone could please help me with this, I would totally appreciate it.  Thanks in advance for your help.

      Mine does the same thing and now my R6200 is losing connection wired and wireless...

        Hi Mike-J,

         

        1. Does your device also not show up under your registered products?

        2. Have you tried connecting your computer directly to the modem to check the connection?

        3. What is the firmware version of the router?
