Solved

Windows 10 will not open latest version 2.4.16.00 of genie.

V2.3.1.57 works fine under windows 10. Is netgear Investigating and issuing fixes?

Hi GPBritus,

You can try installing version 2.4.12 as a temporary work around since it has worked for most, if not all, who are on Windows 10. You can use the download link below.

I'm running 2.4.12 couldn't get .14 or .16 to run of surface pro 3.. .16 does run on my kids Lenovo laptop

Thanks for the information. I read another link that said that 2.4.16.00 IS the updated version. Unfortunately THEY are wrong. I look forward to a version that works.

I'm new to netgear so don't really know what the update program is like interms of speed.
