Wireless loss
I'd like to know why I keep losing the wireless connection?? When I open the Netgear Genie I hve to refresh the wireless. Thankx!

1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Are you referring to the NETGEAR Genie app/program or the router UI accessible via a browser?
3. Are all your wireless devices affected?
4. Is the wired connection working fine when the issue occurs?
5. Have you tried resetting the router?

OK SORRY I HAVE NOT REPLIED. WHEVER I OPEN THE NETGEAR HENIE, THE WIFI CONNECTION IS NOT CONNECTED. I MUST REFRESH IT. I'VE TRIED UNPLUGGING EVERYTHING AND MAKING SURE IT IS WIRED CORRECTLY.
