WNDR 4300 Parental Controls not working
I have set parental controls to high through Netgear Genie, but I can still access adult sites, video sharing, and social networking sites. It seems to be not working at all.
The DNS servers on my router are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
The firmware is V1.0.2.80
Please help, my sixth-grade daughter is bringing home a lap-top computer today that they have to start using for school, and I want her to be protected. I'm on a Mac 10.11.6 and this is the computer I have tested the parental controls on, but my daughter will be on a computer with Windows 10. I have also tested the controls from my iphone and my husband's windows computer, and the controls do not work on any of them.

1. Please make sure that the per device filtering level for the device is set to your preference. You may find the link below helpful.

It seems that the problem was that I just had not waited long enough. After an hour or so, it started to block the websites I wanted it to block. I expected the changes to take place immediately. Thank you!
