Won't connect
Model number R6020 bought today plugged in like it says I can only get 3 of the 4 lights to come on

The internet form the modem,by wifi, wired lan and what lights are you saying that come on?
- Rizzo0849AspirantI had all the cords hooked up how they are suppose to be there are 4 lights on the front first 3 light up and the fourth don't but if I unplug it and move one of the cords the fourth will light up but not third. My phone says connected to wifi but when I try to do anything then it says not connected. I switched back with my old router and everything works fine idk if I got just got a bad router now or what
