X^S-AC 3600 - Can't Login

Can't log into router from iPad Pro.  Reinstalled latest router firmware, rebooted router, unintsalled and reinstalled Nighthawk app on iPad.  Also installed Nighhawk app on iPhone X and can't log in from there either.  I can however log in direcly to router IP address. 

Intermittedn error message such as: log in timed out, not connected to WiFi network.  

 

Reviewed posts and do see this was issue a few years back but no recent posts.

 

Any thoughts?

  • As I previously mentioned I can log in through IP address.  It's the Nighthawk app that I'm having issues with

      The iOS Nighthawk app seems to be having problems on some devices at the moment.

       

      Netgear is on the case.

       

      I have no idea what the X^S-AC 3600 might be. It isn't a Netgear mode number. R7960P?
