Meural Canvas - Subscription

Hi All,

 

I've had a Meural Canvas for 3 years now, which came with complimentary 3 year membership here in Australia.  It has come time to renew the membership, and despite uploading correct information the membership system has not auto renewed my membership.  

 

I'm now trying to manually renew the membership and the payment portal simply says the "New plan does not have a rate schedule with a currency matching the account's currency".  

 

As I'm in Australia, I've selected Australian currency, and the attached screen shot offers the renewal in $AU.  

 

I've tried credit card, and Paypal.  I've also tried two different browsers, and two entirely different computers.  

 

The membership system will simply not complete the processing.  Would anyone have any other tips I can try to complete this payment?

 

Before anyone suggests I haven't ticked the box to accept NETGEAR's terms and conditions - yes I have.  That's the only way the Place Your Order button becomes active.  The payment never progresses.  It simply goes around in a loop and displays the red banner in the screen shot.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
