Meural Canvas Membership - Payment Screen Error
I have a Meural 1.
On Aug 30 I received my annual invoice from Netgear which should have been for my annual Meural Membershipo. However, when I tried to change my art playlist it said I needed to buy a membership. Even though I've been charged my annual I tried to buy one piece of art work to test. It shows None for the payment method. When I click add payment method (on mobile) the page doesn't connect and shows a buffering graphic for an endless amount of time.
When I attempt to update my payment info on the website, it takes me to an error page that only has a function hyperlink to return to the home page.

I want to buy a membership and I keep seeing an error on the membership purchase flow.... so I can't give these guys money. Like, do y'all care? Does this mean you aren't supporting Meural anymore? Is this your business plan, to not allow folks to get memberships? I have so many questions!
