Meural membership not renewing?

So there are more users experiencing problem with the Meural subscription, it would be nice if the people of netgear would give us some clarification of what's going on. I have auto renew on, but it has not auto renewed. I want to try it manually but the creditcard is not accepted. Tried different one, not working either. Please Netgear, help us clear this out.
