Meural paid membership cloud storage

I have a paid membership but when in my Meural profile it says only 4gb of cloud storage. Can anyone help?

    This may occur when the user is signed into the Meural with an email that is not associated with Meural membership.

     

    Please ensure that you are signed into your Meural Canvas with the same email used to purchase your Meural membership.
