Ditto! But as Terriblemeural says, I'm also ordering SD cards from Amazon. I use my three Meural Canvas frames for work purposes and it's beyond frustrating to not be able to rely on these expensive devices to works as they should.
Yup - Mine is now working also! Thanks everyone for pushing Netgear to finally "fix" the issue. Hope it lasts.
Now for a new question: I put a bunch of images on my SD card and can't figure out how to switch between the online loaded images and the SD card images. First world problems 🙂- Thanks for the community support. We did it. I think there’s an easy way to switch to the sd card but I can’t remember. I’ll take a look. In the meantime I am happy I can send images to my home Meural from my phone when I’m away traveling. The family likes it. It’s like getting a postcard.
Today I tried to upload some photos to my frame from the website but the upload option has disappeared. Also, the App is not working so I can't upload using my phone either. Does anyone have a workaround? The link I am using is my.meural.netgear.com Thanks.
