Can't get to wifi option

Hi,
I've had this canvas for years and love it. Recently it disconnected and I can't even get to the Wi-Fi screen to reset the Wi-Fi to the new name. It gets stuck in a loop post QR code/product key of not connected. I've hard restarted, redownloaded app, and tried a few different things. What am I missing??
