HiI just purchase a frame Canvas 2&nbsp;&nbsp;This is refurbished item sold by Amazon&nbsp;I cannot proceed with product registration as this product was already registered by another user before meCan you pls reset this serial number/registration to allow me to register with my email Thanks for feedback&nbsp;

Even refurb'd products have a small support window that is free to contact them for. I'd call sooner rather than later.&nbsp;
