Canvas says offline but connected to wifi

Hello Community,

  my Canvas is "Offline". I  am able to connect it to WiFi, however, when attempting to "Sync" with them via the app, I get "Reconnect your canvas to the WiFi network."

I have tried the following:

1. Factory reset.

2. Android and iOS app and even my meural website 

3. removing and adding them again to app/account.

4.Clearing wifi connections and attempting to reconnect.

The on-screen wifi info on the canvas says it's connected to WiFi, but I cannot connect to them  via the app.

  I made sure my phone/ android phone were on the same WiFi network as the Canvas.
