    Hello Meural Community,

    We are aware of the issue with the Meural server that is causing the Canvas I and Canvas II to appear offline on the Meural app and my.meural.com. Our Engineering team is diligently toward a solution to resolve this issue.

Having the exact same problem it appears to be nothing related to the router but appears to be on Netgear's side. Looks like their server will not let the canvas connect.

Just logged back into mine and checked it and it's still working fine
