Change "Offline" to "Online" on my MC327 Digital Canvas II , 27 inch.
My canvas II indicated its "Offline" and I don't know how to change it to "Online." Also, I tried to find a firmware download to see if a new firmware loaded will help solve the problem but cannot find firmware for a "PC", only iphone found. Cannot load new photos to my canvas in the "Offline" stage.
You do need to connect it to the internet. Have you done this?
